Lunchtime

Today’s lunch:

my first attempt at a fritatta. kale, parmesean, oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, bacon and sweet onions swiss and parmesean. i didn’t have a recipe, so i winged it.
and
homemade herb + veggie + chorizo tomato soup with lentils + cabbage + kale.

    • haha, yeah it was pretty good. they were both pretty easy to make. quiche, throw everything in a pan and bake it. soup, cut everything up, toss it in a pot and let it simmer. It was still a labor of love of course. thanks ^_^
